In preparation of the annual strategic planning workshop in November, an all staff meeting was held at the end of October 2008. The purpose of this two day workshop is to offer every employee an opportunity to contribute to issues of strategic nature since it is logistically not possible for everyone to participate in the annual strategic planning meeting at the end of November.
